This workmanship guarantee means that we back up our work for the entire length of said workmanship guarantee. Any leaks, issues, or defects due to substandard workmanship will be reworked or replaced at no charge to the owner in a timely fashion.
Preman Roofing only installs materials after receiving the proper training and certifications from material manufacturers so that we can offer the registered manufacturers warranty on materials installed for the owner. In some cases only certified installers for certain products can offer the manufacturers warranty. Only certified installers can offer longer term warranty upgrades to owners that other contractors may not qualify for.
Preman Roofing is certified by a select number of manufacturers that offer the most superior product lines of roofing materials so we can register your roofing system and obtain the warranty you choose. Material warranties are always registered with and issued by the manufacturer.
Preman Roofing also offers NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties for specific projects looking for a system where you do not have to worry about anything for a choice of 10,15 and 20 year periods.
These NDL warranties deem the contractor responsible for the roofing system for the first (2) years. After that (2) year period the manufacturer assumes full responsibility for labor and materials with a no dollar limit for repairs or re-roofs due to substandard installation or material defects for the entire specified warranty term 10, 15 or 20 years.
These NDL warranties can only be offered and enforced by select pre approved contractors that have been recognized as the elite contractors in the industry by the manufacturer. Preman Roofing has this certification and can offer NDL warranty certificates for all low slope roofing applications.
