Since 1999 Preman Roofing has been a family owned business taking care of residential and commercial roofs in San Diego and surrounding areas.

Aaron Preman, founder of Preman Roofing, launched the company with one main vision: to deliver quality, ethical roofing to families and businesses in San Diego communities and surrounding areas.

Drawing from a background of a tight knit family that values open, honest communication, commitment to a strong work ethic and a genuine care for others, Aaron Preman created Preman Roofing. After years of experience working for other roofing companies where he attentively listened to what customers liked and disliked, Aaron combined his core values, hands on experience and top of the line quality materials and installation practices that proved to be the best. Aaron knew he could provide superior roofing service to residential and commercial property owners in San Diego and all of Southern California. This unique blend of ethics, values and customer centered service is the foundation of Preman Roofing.

MEET THE PREMAN ROOFING TEAM
	Aaron Preman: Founder of Preman Roofing Aaron started his entrepreneurial endeavors at the age of 12 by having a paper route in the morning and then mowing lawns in the afternoon. He got into roofing at 17 working with his older brother. He then learned this craft through hands work, learning all phases of the job- getting dirty, coming home after a hard days work ready to do it again. He went on and received mentoring from very experienced, quality, ethical tradesmen and roofers from companies that are still in business today. In June of 1999 Aaron founded Preman Roofing with the same ethics, integrity and core values including the importance of staying hands on in the company. He was the youngest roofing contractor (and still is) to get his license here in CA. Since opening Preman Roofing he has built a good reputation earning a loyal clientele both in the residential and commercial roofing markets.
	Josh Preman: Senior Project Manager Working with Aaron side by side since the paper route/lawn mowing days, Josh Preman serves his clients with the same work ethic, dedication, care, quality and hands on work for the job that exemplifies the core family values at Preman Roofing. As Senior Project Manager, he handles the residential side of the company. Great customer service skills with an informative, caring approach, Josh builds relationships for the long term. He helps clients make their decisions with professional, experienced advice always keeping the customers' needs, budgets, concerns and dreams in mind.
	Katie-Grace Preman: Administrative Operations Manager The entrepreneurial spirit in the Preman family continues with Katie Grace Preman. After successfully running her own loan processing business for 9 years, she brought to Preman Roofing her attention to detail, organization skills and keen ability to identify client's specific needs in order to help them have roofing solutions that are the perfect fit for their home and budget.
	Gary Preman: Operations Manager & Safety Coordinator Known for a loving, honest, generous, hardworking and positive attitude towards life, Gary Preman upholds the Quality Culture at Preman Roofing as the Saftey Coordinator. Focusing on continual training of the Preman crew for best practices in safety, Gary raises the bar when it comes to safety standards for the company. As a valuable member of the Preman Roofing team, Gary lends his expertise to each job site. This is an important element in the quality of work as it allows clients' peace of mind knowing that each member of the Preman team is dedicated and concerned about safety on the job; safety for themselves and safety for our clients and your property.
	Sally Vigil: Office manager Sally Vigil started with Preman Roofing in 2004. Understanding the dynamics of working with a good size family operated business, Sally is a valued member of the Preman team. Her dedication to honesty, ethics, trust, loyalty, and conscientious work ethic shines through when assisting the Preman staff and clientele. Sally's patience, heart to serve and care for people is evident when you communicate with her.
	Andy Flores: Preman Project Manager Starting in 2001, Andy came to Preman as a Journeyman roofer. Engaging the Preman Quality Culture, he has grown and transitioned through all phases of job capabilities and now is the Preman Job Supervisor. Andy is the crew supervisor and oversees all installation procedures with hands on communication, quality control, job management and expert customer service. He helps ensure that each job is top notch and upholds the quality reputation that Preman Roofing is known for.
